Organisational Learning Capability: Measurement, Validation, and Application in Malaysia

This study aimed to validate the measurement of organisational learning capability originally developed by Chiva et al. (2007) in Malaysian context. scale comprises 14 items grouped into five dimensions, namely experimentation, risk-taking, interaction with external environment, dialogue, and participative decision-making. An analysis scale’s content validity, convergent discriminant validity was conducted using a total 251 valid survey responses obtained from Grade 7 construction companies Malaysia. The findings showed that dimensions are highly suited for measuring validation provides useful insights organisations wishing develop culture or enhance their capability. also enriches literature proving is consistent can be applied at level across different cultures sectors.
